Built for me. Runs my week.

Your tools don't tell you what to do next. Mine does.

I deleted my to-do app, my task list and my tracker. One page replaced them — rebuilt every morning by Claude, with the day's one hard thing already written. Here's the whole thing.

// 01 — The problem

Five tools. Not one of them tells you what to do next.

CRM, notes, a task app, the calendar, a spreadsheet. Every morning starts with assembling the picture by hand, then guessing at the three things that actually matter today.

The tools aren't the problem. Nothing sits above them.

// 02 — What I built

One page. Rebuilt every morning.

The day's one hard thing, written as the exact words I need to say. Non-negotiables that reset at midnight. My calendar, read straight from Google. Every live conversation as a card with the next move and the message already drafted. Content with a weekly cap. Open loops that close and archive themselves.

I don't maintain it. Claude reads my day each morning and rebuilds it. I open it on my phone and start.

The same idea, built for someone else

Renewal Constructions — the owner lost hours every morning to manual review: email, notes, files, spread across the business. Now a system reads all of it overnight and tells him what needs him — finance, admin, projects — in one place.

"It just reads everything every morning and tells me what needs me — across finance, admin and projects."

// 04 — The work

Your version won't look like mine.

A coach needs different cards to a builder. A clinic needs different cards to an agency. What stays the same is the method: map how your week actually runs, find the task quietly eating it, build the system that removes it — on your own accounts, in your own tools, owned by you.

// 05 — Questions, answered straight

Is my business data safe?

We work in sandbox data first, and we agree exactly what any AI can see before it sees it. Every account is set up in your name, on your billing — if we stop working together, everything stays with you. I've worked inside Lloyds, Santander and Estée Lauder audit environments; I don't take shortcuts with access.

Do I need to buy new software?

No. We build on what you already use — your email, your calendar, WhatsApp, whatever your job sheets live in. Where a third-party tool is genuinely needed it's usually £20–£50 a month, billed at cost, in your name.

In person or remote?

Both. In person across London, or screen-share anywhere.

What if AI isn't the answer for my business?

Then I'll tell you that on the first call and you won't have spent anything. Most AI being sold right now never touches a real invoice or a real customer. I'm not interested in adding to it.

Andrei Achim

I spent 12 years building the operational machinery behind agency accounts — trackers, SLAs, ways of working. In March 2026 I stopped consulting on systems and started building them with AI.
